This is dedicated to those who bravely stood by and did more than just watch as life has spun me in circles.... this is my way of saying thanks, and leaving something behind....

I haven't told too many people about this site.  But I'm finding that people keep coming back, giving new life to my words.  Thank you for that.

With love....

The man who perseveres when there is no hope dies a man richly revered like history rewrote when the truth emerges from the ghettoes to churches, the haunting past immerses all your pain in a ghost.  For your legacy, will remain in me, in spite of those who heinously, crucify your seeds.  And everyday that you're there, I'll be in there too, for all the good love in me also came from you.  So hold on tight to us, like you do in this picture, deliverance is coming and they'll call you the victor.

Floetic Highlight of the Day-->

[Out of Bounds]

In Alphabet City, lithely sitting – with gentle company and a corona, embraced,

A slender straightening awakened a silenced euphoria,

As I witnessed the artist elongate his stiff syllables,

Until he posed the question to us all:

Flexing his mental muscles,

Towards me, my beautiful gentle company, and the corona,

An elegant problem, laid out on a splintered table of rhetorical non-compliance,

Finally, he plaintively uttered,

“What are words worth?”

I cherish words so deeply that most of them are forever left unsaid.

Departing from my lips,

Orbiting to your consciousness only to be envisioned in my reluctant slumber.

For if my innermost secrets and feelings were to escape my lips’ crevices,

Words would pierce this privacy,

Violating a penumbra of overarching principles,

The acting gatekeeper, all relenting to reality.

And pride won’t let that happen, for pride will keep this cat quiet.

Storing away the hopes, fears, dreams,

The pieces in the dynamic puzzle,

Never to be acknowledged, much less deciphered and decoded,

For this is not repression, this is my expression.

The heart, the hustle, all on display before blinded eyes.

To sacrifice for a hallowed prize,

It’s all for the corona, and my gentle company.

Asymptotically approaching silence, yet creating the symphony,

These words left unsaid.  To measure a word’s worth.

For in those words unspoken, for in those words unbroken,

For in those words so cherished, the melody unchained, yet unchanged.

We actually had a conversation.

Me and my gentle company.

She knew my words so well.

My gentle company.

Our conversation.

And I’ll keep all of this – to myself.
